BHARAT GPS TRACKER 5 YEARS WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Voidance- If the GPS device is found to be malfunctioning after troubleshooting, it will take 3-4 working days to replace it with a new device.
Exclusions from Warranty- The warranty does not cover:
- External damage to the GPS device.
- Unauthorized modification or relocation of the GPS device.
- Burn or damage to existing power cables/wires.
- Shortage of power cable.
- Damage due to liquid/moisture penetration in the GPS device.
- Loss or theft of the GPS device.
Limitation of Liability- Bharat GPS Tracker is not responsible for the loss of the vehicle/object post-installation of the GPS tracker.
- The GPS Tracker device is not waterproof; the owner is responsible for protecting the device from moisture/liquid damage.
Refund Policy- The Bharat GPS Tracker device is non-refundable once installed.
- Full support and service will be provided if the device malfunctions.
- Customers may request a service revocation within one month from the date of installation, provided the GPS is in working condition. The refund will be processed within two working days from the date of revoke approval.
